More Retail Business are Allowed to Operate starting February 10.

Feb 9, Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the government had agreed to allow other businesses under the retail sector to open starting this Wednesday (Feb 10, 2021).
He said, "The special committee has decided to allow businesses to operate with strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the place beginning Feb 10."
The strict SOP must be practiced by business operators, including disinfecting the premises three times a day, and clothes stores are to provide customers with disposable gloves to use.
Cosmetics shops are not allowed to use testers or simples products.
The use of face masks among staff and customers is a must and details such as name, contact number as well as temperature must be recorded and ensuring the recording of MySejahtera scannings.
The lists of retail businesses now allowed to operate include clothing, fashion and accessories, footwear, photography, florists, handicrafts and souvenirs, antiques, carpets, toys, used items, sports equipment, cosmetics, and beauty, tobacco, vehicle accessories, and kitchenware.
