Melaka police arrested a man and his three sons for alleged sexual abuse of a female family member

A woman, 18-years-old, is believed to have been raped by her father and three brothers since last year, ending when all four men were arrested by police. All the suspects are aged between 23 and 48.
Among the four men, one is the father of the victim, while the remaining three are her brothers.
According to a report in Berita Harian, the suspects were arrested between 12.45 am and 1.13 am on Thursday, April 22, following the police report lodged by the victim at 2.59 pm on Wednesday, April 21.
Melaka Contingent Police Headquarters CID chief ACP Mohd Sukri Kaman said that a woman was forced to consume drinks laced with drugs before the four men raped her at her family home in Taman Sri Krubong in Tanjung Minyak from February last year until early this year.

He added that the victim also claimed that her father would beat her if she resisted.
The father and his three sons along with the woman have been remanded for seven days to assist in the investigation. They were booked under Section 376B and Section 377C of the Penal Code. Meanwhile, a urine test found that three of the suspects were positive for drugs.
