Chinese Woman Adopted By Malay Couple In 1965 Needs Help Finding Birth Family

Social media serves many purposes, including finding people from one's past. So a son in Singapore is calling upon the power of social media to help his mother find her biological family.
On April 4, through Facebook user, Izhar Mohamed shared that her mother, who was adopted for more than 50 years, was looking for her birth siblings.
Izhar said his mother remembers that she was not an only child, so she has been eager to meet her biological siblings.

Izhar shared that his mother Kahyati Sapuan 58 years old, actually came from a Chinese family and was born Ng Siew Wah.
When she two years old, she was adopted by a Malay family Sapuan Hj Tilkadir and Saminan Walsan on 14 August 1965. And they lived on 25-D, Farrer Road in Singapore.

Currently, they only have his mother's biological family are her adoption documents.
The document shows that Kahyati's biological parents' names are Ng Ah Cheng and Koh Thit, who lived at 170-F, Holland Road.
The only other information they have is that her biological parents used to sell vegetables.

According to Says, Izhar unsure if his mother's biological family could be in Malaysia.
Kahyati is currently 58 years old, so Izhar is trying his luck on social media to make her wish come true.
